About Jeff Rosenthal
Jeff brings over 25 years of CRM expertise and SaaS go-to-market leadership to eggbert labs.ai, with a career that spans product growth, strategy, adoption and partnership development across the world’s top CRM platforms.
Most recently, Jeff served as the Head of North American Go-to-Market for monday CRM, where he spent hundreds of hours working directly with partners, reviewing solutions, and shaping CRM strategy across the monday.com ecosystem. His work gave him deep exposure to the gaps and opportunities in CRM workflows—particularly around post-sales processes, workflow customization, and the underutilization of AI that is possible on monday.com.
Prior to monday.com, Jeff spent over a decade at Salesforce, where he held product management leadership roles in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, guiding roadmap strategy and customer success for many of Salesforce’s largest enterprise customers.
Earlier in his career, Jeff worked at Gartner, where he advised global tech leaders, and in the Siebel ecosystem at EDS, giving him a rare full-spectrum view of the CRM industry from analyst to operator to builder.
