Brian Ongioni is a technology executive and product strategist with over a decade of experience building high-performing teams and delivering impactful software across healthcare, enterprise IT, and consumer technology. With a background that spans startups to scaled global platforms, Brian brings a pragmatic and people-centered approach to solving complex problems with technology.

 

As Chief Product Officer at uMotif, Brian lead product vision and strategy for a platform focused on patient data and experience, building solutions that are both intuitive and scalable. Prior to this, he held key leadership roles at Medable, ClinOne, and Epic, where he built and scaled cross-functional teams, led critical platform transformations, and drove product development from zero to market adoption.

 

Beyond corporate leadership, Brian is a co-owner of NerdsToGo Chicago – Magnificent Mile, a boutique IT managed services business that provides white-glove technology support to small and mid-sized businesses across the city. This hands-on entrepreneurial venture reflects his passion for helping organizations—large and small—unlock the full value of their technology.
